FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN MEDIKASI PADA AGREGAT DEWASA HIPERTENSI DI LHOKSEUMAWE

Hipertensi masih tetap menjadi salah satu penyebab kematian dan kecacatan utama di seluruh dunia. Risiko memburuknya hipertensi dapat dikurangi dengan manajemen terapi pengobatan yang efektif, yaitu patuh terhadap obat antihipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis factor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan medikasi pada aggregate dewasa dengan hipertensi di Kota Lhokseumawe. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden agregat dewasa dengan hipertensi di kota Lhokseumawe. Model Adaptasi Roy digunakan sebagai kerangka teori. Kuesioner SSQ-6, DASS-42, dan MMAS-8 digunakan sebagai instrument penelitian ini. Analisa statitisk yang digunakan untuk menguji determinan kepatuhan medikasi adalah Regresi logistik multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stimulus fokal yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan medikasi adalah lama menderita hipertensi (p=0,000), frekuensi minum obat harian (p=0,002), kunjungan berobat ulang (p=0,000), dan keteraturan pemeriksaan tekanan darah (p=0,000). Stimulus kontekstual yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan medikasi adalah jumlah obat hipertensi harian (p=0,045) dan diet khusus (p=0,003), dan stimulus residual berupa dukungan sosial berhubungan dengan kepatuhan medikasi (p=0,012). Faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kepatuhan medikasi pada responden adalah stimulus fokal berupa kunjungan berobat ulang dengan nilai odds rasio 16,007 (95% CI: 4,754-53,899). Kesimpulannya adalah faktor penentu kepatuhan medikasi yang paling signifikan adalah stimulus fokal berupa kunjungan berobat ulang. Sehingga direkomendasikan peningkatan home visit oleh petugas Puskesmas, mengingat juga puskesmas merupakan ujung tombak dalam Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga (PIS-PK).
